All form responses are stored securely in Google Workspace. We do not currently use a third-party CRM or marketing platform.

• We do not store or process payment information directly. All payments are processed via a secure third-party provider.

• We do not use your contact information for any advertising or spam — only direct communication regarding your appointment or feedback.
